Another part of our first homeschooling excursion was to go and visit my dad at his work. I remember standing in the EXACT same places when i was a kid and loving visiting him there and now standing there with my own kids....so surreal :) Dad LOVED us visiting and mum came too so it was just lovely. He let the kids sit in the forklift and try on his helmet and they felt so special! I then took mum out for a coffee and that was a perfect end to a very full and wonderful day :)Lus x
