Part of our Natural Learning approach to life is to offer our children a variety of life experiences.
One of these is to do a bit of work around the place with dad using 'real' tools and equipment (supervised).
Last week Brett invited Liji to help him trim the hedge using the big hedger.
Thought I would just document it and remember what a good job he did as an assistant to Brett that day.

He kept his finger on the trigger while Brett hedged...
Working together like this helps to continue to strengthen our relationships within our family.
The father-son relationship is so important and as a wife and mama, I just loved seeing them work closely like this...
Liji raked the leaves too...
And has used the blower before so he liked that bit as well...
Ta da! A job well done!
