'Safe' Fried Rice has leek, spring onions, peas, cashews, carrots, omlette and sometimes a handful of snow peas.
I love that this kind of spontaneous family stuff is such a regular feature of our kids' lives. It was in my childhood too and I think that's why I have so many fond memories of growing up in my family.
