This past weekend we went to Kiama and had a wonderful time. All the mother's group families stayed in the same place but in various kinds of accomodation which was great. We all needed our own space but it was close enough to be able to all go down to the beach together, bbq together, have morning tea at the park. The kids had a blast! We even saw wales swimming out at sea jumping up out of the water. Amazing! Just loved the little blowhole - much better than the big one on the day we were there. We all really loved it.5 things I am thankful for about our weekend away:
1. That we could actually GET away! Despite there being still some meltdowns and fights, we all got through it and really enjoyed ourselves.
2. That the Lord provided the finance for us to be able to do it. This would have once been totally impossible for us to imagine let alone do!
3. That the kids were kept safe swimming in the ocean/swimming pool
4. No mozzie bites!
5. That the Lord kept our house safe while we were away. The kids specifically prayed for that as were leaving home and they saw He answered their prayers. Yay :)

Gorgeous photos Lus!!! Looks and sounds like you had a fabbo time away :) I have fond memories of Kiama - we used to holiday there a lot growing up as friends of ours had an onsite van at East Beach caravan park where we'd stay. FUN TIMES - it's a great place :)

Wow Kiama is soo close to us and we passed it twice on the weekeknd to get to and come home from Sydney. Glad you had a great time.
